Workshop Cancellations

If we cancel a scheduled workshop, you'll automatically receive a full refund or credit toward another program. If you cancel more than 7 days before the workshop, you'll receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days receive 50% back.

Technical Issues

If technical problems prevented you from accessing content and we couldn't resolve them within 48 hours, you're eligible for a full refund regardless of the standard timeframe. Just document the issues you experienced.

Bundle Purchases
